Each and every single one of us has been through hell. We know toughness, perseverance. Still we made it. We fought off countless naysayers online. But after aaaall of that we found each other. We came to know WE ARE NOT ALONE.
We are smart, resilient. We could help each other, plan our course of action. Advice each other. But all we do is drag each other down. Bully each other and provide each others with suifuel.

You're right there is a lot of that but not all. Don't focus on the large amount of negative here, you can hardly blame people for losing hope and venting after everything they've been through.
 
What advice? There is no advice for your face.

Aside from advice on surgery what kind of advice is there to offer in those regards?

Most people here feel that way because there is absolutely no hope left. What is there to be positive about when face is everything and thats the thing you are lacking in?

I try to filter out the negativity. You have to understand that a lot of the shit people say here they don't really mean. Obviously we wouldn't rape a woman but the fantasy is appealing because we've been wronged by women so much in our lives. Just look at it as venting.

Sometimes I would like to involve the people here in productive projects, but I can't ask for that when I know that we are all exhausted by a life of struggle and misery. I can barely go on myself, that said...

The suicidefuel you see is under our noses 24h/24h, but venting about it helps coping. Moreover, to provide more effective help, in my opinion, we should be in a face to face contact, which is not obviously possible, given the nature of this forum, the rules, and the security issues that would arise from such a course of action. In any case, I´m glad to be here.
