Simple Recipe: Dough: - 500g wheat flour - 10g dry yeast - 350ml lukewarm water - 10g salt - 3 tbsp dough Mix everything, knead for 5 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes, covered, until doubled in size. Assembly: 1. Grease a deep baking pan with olive oil, pour in the dough and spread it with your hand. 2. Let it rest for another 30 minutes. 3. Make small holes in the dough with your finger. 4. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. 5. Decorate as shown in the photo: sliced cherry tomatoes, green olives, rosemary, grated cheese. 6. The white balls are buffalo mozzarella. Oven: 220°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
