Thinking about rotting on WoW; does anyone want to start with me?

I obviously don't have friends IRL to play anything with . I may purchase a subscription next week and if it's a good rotting hobby I'll buy the expansions once I've learnt the basic machanics of each role

WoW classic is coming this Summer, right? I remember playing for a week or so when I was 13 but I never even left the Gnome starter area. I was more of a RuneScapefag those days, anyway (still am but I want to broaden my rotting horizons). I'm playing Star Wars: The Old Republic right now but will probably take a break from it for a while as soon as my subscription runs out. Too many SJW on Dromund Kaas wtf

Essentially classic offers a more bare bones experience. But by all means try both and see the differences yourself.
