When I go to bars and clubs I see lots of 5'9" guys with girls, but they have decent looks and might be betabuxxing. I've also seen 38 year old men getting numbers and dancing with women half their age. But I'll agree it gets significantly harder to pick up women if you have one or more of those things you listed.
