There was a boy in my Sisters Youth group that was 15 & around 4'10, i always felt bad for him because my sister claimed that he was off his head on drugs most of the time which i suppose is the only thing that kept him from roping. He also was mistaken as a 9 year old on a school trip.

Had a kid on my soccer team like that (u15), except he was probably even shorter than 5"3 since I was also 5"3 and tower over him.
