At my last work I heard two females talking and saying that I have feminine hands and called me 'unisex'.
My arms look very similar to this female's arms, only that her upper part is thicker .

I kinda agree with you OP, but I think manliness is like a kind of…je ne sais quoi that people more or less ‘perceive’ in someone else as an unpredictable mix of their looks/personality.

For instance, think about a random glam rocker, a bodybuilder, and a zoomer trap star. If you’d interview fans/groupies of each of these groups of people, you’d probably find there’s ambiguous “masculine” traits that a majority of the fans for each subculture agree on specifically respective to some of these men compared to others that belong to the same ‘sub-culture’.

I reckon the concept of manliness is all about the individual’s perspective.

I used to work (2018-2019) yes, and I was treated badly by most but the bad treatment was mostly behind my back (which I overheard).
But even worse are total strangers who stare at me, follow me with their head/eyes, and if they are with someone else they either joke about me or say something about me like "wtf" – and that is men AND women, of EVERY age. A few have literally even taken obvious pictures of me, I regret not defending myself there. It's funny how everyone can bully you, but if I would stand up for myself, I'm the bad guy?!
