No system can survive if it doesn't reward good behavior and punish bad behavior.
I'm okay with rewarding productive employees and good managers. I also think that people who want to contribute to society should be assisted to do so.
I think an economic crash or bourgeois parasitism causing men to be too poor to afford a wife is unacceptable. The government should have a responsibility to ensure economy is vibrant enough for every man to afford a wife, even if that means taxing the rich to fund infrastructure, scientific research, or government owned enterprises.
As to women in the workplace, this is something I contemplate deeply at great personal anguish. It's fairer to men to make women work as well and it strengthens the economy, but it allows women to withdraw labour and strike for sexual freedom. I like the idea of women working in completely different buildings, which is better than segregation. They could be lead by smart women or mascine lesbians, I don't know. But I am very afraid it will be the first step to reintroduction of feminism.
