Serious Does vacation-maxxing and career-maxxing work as a cope?

I literally searched the entire internet for literature on what to do if you can't get married, have kids, etc. and live the normie life....

Every single source emphasized lifemaxxing like going on vacations, hiking, cycling, joining social clubs, language learning, majoring in a hard topic that pays well, then specializing in advanced education (assuming my IQ is adequate) and to do everything short of ascending.

I might do just that. However, let's say I succeed and do all of these things... then what?

I make all that money... for whom?

Again, I am not going to talk about how it's not guaranteed to succeed and you can't "Just be elon musk bro!" or "just be a PhD physicist bro!" but for the sake of argument...

I will start learning some language, maybe German.
I will take my STEM major seriously and try to save money to study MSc and PhD and shit
