I too talk to myself actually. I don't believe I have schizophrenia though, since I don't hear any voices other than my own and I have complete control over it. Most of the time I just pretend like I'm recording videos or something and that people actually watch them lmao. It's a pretty pathetic cope, but honestly it makes life just a little bit more bearable for me.
