Baka Baka Baka (Baka is japanese for idiot)

You're not that stupid (Still calling that Person stupid, just more covertly)

Mc Fly! (In Back to the Future. Doc would say Mc Fly! to Marty when calling him a Dunce)

If there were a Million/Thousand of you, some would be successful

How (Insert name here) are you feeling today? (This one is more subtly guaging how annoying someone annoying is gonna be)

I can say maybe only the last one has been used on me. But even then I think it was in terms of gauging how I am physically after a gruelling shift.
