I was watching this old DBDR video where he chadfished and matched with a psychology major who would shit on sub5 guys. These are the people that you will encounter if you choose to undergo therapy or seeing a psychologist.

My personal experience with speech therapists and psychologists proves this as they were mostly foids in their 20-30s with the exception of one hideous landwhale who gaslighted me and tried to put me on meds.

How the fuck is some middle/upper class foid who attended college and parties going to relate to some lonely sub5 male? That makes as much sense as me giving advice to women in their 40s and 50s who have breast cancer.

Anyways, about the harmful part, they will give you advice that will inevitably fail because you’re an unattractive male and they will blame you for not trying which in-turn, will make you feel even more shit. They will also push you to get on meds that will fuck your brain up.

If you dare mention anything that can be interpreted as self harm, they can and will let your parents know which happened to me when I was 16 and I got a lot of shit from my cunt dad for it, “muh I gave you everything and this is how you treat me? :soy:”. They can also institutionalise you against your will, where you won’t have any copes, and will be force fed medications that will fuck you up.

My advice for incels who feel the need to go to therapy or see a psychologist is to understand that they did not go through what you did and will never relate to you. Just find copes such as video games, porn, sex dolls, or whatever that will keep you grounded.

Therapy is a professional gaslighting service. The entire purpose of therapy is to tell you that your suffering is entirely brought upon you by yourself, not by anything external. It could be argued that therapy could help some extremely low IQcels who genuinely don't know why they are unhappy, but if you are here on this website you already know the problems you have and where they stem from.
