It's like they can't fathom they could possibly be evil people involuntarily, or maybe its that, that evil valve in them is completely shut off. There is a strong sense with these hiveminded people that the most morally correct thing is is 100% of the time, the most pluralistic thing. The dogpiling. IM RIGHT BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE AGREES WITH ME, THEREFORE YOU ARE WRONG. All of these people would be brownshirts in Nazi Germany. This is just simply logic playing out.
I would be more understanding if they did this in a perverse power-play sort of way, that they do what they do out of some sadistic need to please themselves-- but I really doubt this. They are not that interesting, they operate on such a one-track plane level of morality they can't even comprehend the idea of mischief, or evil for the sake of fun. Being too good for the sake of good to make the world a better place is almost, to me, a moral retardation. These people many have sex at times unlike me, but they are truly deprived of the breath of human experience if they have never done something willfully evil.
