You ever notice how a lot of “red pill” content creators tend to say the same thing when it comes to career/work advice? I feel like if it isn’t the generic “start your own business bro” a type of advice it will inevitably be the” just be the most alpha guy at work bro” variant. I always hear these dudes. Say that you should maintain frame at work and be firm with your boss. You can’t take any shit from the guy and always stand in your ground. If the advice ended right there, then I would be all for it. Obviously, we should all stand up for ourselves and not get completely bullied around by our superiors.
However, a lot of these dudes go full boomer mode and tell their audience that they should just up and ask their boss for a raise and be kind of confrontational in general though. It’s in the same rain as when boomers tell zoomer that instead of going to college, they should go seek and apprenticeship from some random ass carpenter or Plumber. They’re thinking is that if some young guy works for free for a couple of months for some tradesmen and if they do a good enough job, they’ll automatically be putting for the line when it comes to applying for the job for real.
It’s all bullshit. Everything is nepotism and ass kissing. And I can say I’m experience since I benefit from both. My old man was able to hook me up with the job I have right now and I’m very non-confrontational with my boss for the most part. I’m sure any alpha male who looks at my employment situation would say that I’m the exception and not the rule but it’s just the opposite. It’s not what you know it’s who you know and also it’s not what you do. It’s how you act. This is especially true for people in high up positions and power. Obviously, we understand the nepotism connections will be the main source of how people in positions of importance like lawyers and doctors get their way in, but you have to also realize that the higher position you are the more ass you have to kiss. As somebody who works with high physician, people a lot, while they may not always be pleasant to work with their never just crashing out for no reason.
I work for a lot of doctors and they might be some of the most passive nerdy and awkward people you’ve ever met. They can have attitude problems for sure, but they are not jocks or at any level alpha males. This is because most high position jobs are run by betas. The reason why is because betas are better at coordinating and teamwork than guys who are juice, completely aggressive, and assertive. This is something that these alpha faggots don’t seem to realize. I bet you any amount of money that if we went to the headquarters of Meta or Google everyone they’re doing important work Wood look like the most stereotypical in Cell you’ve ever seen in your life. The only difference between them and us is that they have enough power and money to just buy women at that point. The only places that being a sort of in that goofy alpha way would work is in high intensity, physical fields, such as professional sports, the military, and maybe being a cop. Other than those select fields, they’d probably get you fucked over because most people wouldn’t wanna work with you in real life.
