However, they way it is advetised right now, NoFap is a fucking scam, not much better than religions. It won't give you superpowers, much less a girlfriend. Some kind of temporary dignity and self-control, yes. But as an incel, completely giving up on porn is not just self-torture, it is completely impossible, unless you live as a monk in Tibet or as a native tribesman in New Guinea, or if you are on some kind medication that extremely decreases your libido. In our world, sex is everywhere, sex sells and you will always have to face sexual desire and frustration each day.
Trying nofap as an incel makes as much sense as a starving child in Ethiopia starting a diet.
I know that fapping is often a humiliating experience (at least it is for me as I constantly realize my own unworthiness after I'm done) but nofap just doesn't make sense as a permanent lifestyle. I don't mean to offend anyone who does it, but that's the truth.
