Its always like i will get this surgery this this and that and i will ascend, 5+ years later no surgery has happened and you are still the same. I remember being active in a jawsurgery forum and wanting surgery so bad but it never happened. Insurance wasnt gonna pay cause it wasnt a medical emergency (my airways were big enough no clue how when my chin is negative)
