I kinda like New Blood better because it is not as suifuel as the original dexter. His gf is past her prime. In the original he kept fucking hot stacies every episode

I always liked dexter's inner dialogues. I could sort of identify with him when I was young. I also liked characters like Hannibal Lecter played by Mads Mikkelsen. Now I feel a bit repulsed by their acts of killing, but as a teen I thought it was fascinating

I liked that show when I was 14. Dexter has to be the most cringe protagonist of any popular TV show. Also that show went to shit after the 4th season and I stopped watching it because it turned into just another normie endevour where they tried to make the cold blooded killer have feelings.
