Ever since the “enlightenment” there is a popular bluepill that women and humans are only different from the neck down, however, once you do your research, you'll unplug yourself from the matrix to not only find differences between the two, but also discovering there's significant, social rectifications because of them:

The dishonest behavior of women treated with AVP gradually escalated with repetition over time. These results suggest that AVP selectively regulates the escalation of dishonesty in women, contingent on the motivation of dishonesty.

Hristina Jovanovic at the end of February [of 2008], show that women have a greater number of the most common serotonin receptors than men.

I don't think people will ever fully appreciate Dr. Jovanovic's findings on this, since they potentially reveal the sexual, behavioral dimorphism between men and women more than anything else does. How? Because serotonin expression is partly activated by one's standing in a social hierarchy (unless you're spineless) and interacts with sexuality. Women's low serotonergic activity, yet high receptor count, means they have a greater and more sensitive need to retain & upgrade their place in society.
That may explain why women don't care or look down at +80% of guys (because they're socially beneath them). It explains why all women are gold diggers. Why women demand alimony and taxes from men even though they never did anything to deserve them and have more opportunities in life. Why they're so cowardly about being ostracized. This may also explain why women are readily available to gaslight anyone or any option to save themselves socially and feel good about it.
The serotonergic dimorphism explains why women are more prone to depression & anxiety despite having more privilege & safety then men. It's one of the reasons why women are exceptionally emotional. Really low 5-HT levels causes people to become easily aggravated, along with the higher serotonin requirement, this may be why women are likely to incite domestic violence, despite of the cultural perception that men are the violent ones. It could play a role in women's need physical contact for sexual engagement and stress relief, while most men don't. Possibly why they monkey branch. Why women have more likely to start binge eating (especially on carbs), thereby more likely to get fat.

When you overlap all these serotonergic characteristics, AVP/Oxytocin, & common IQ , you can paint picture why all women are solipsistic, and post-pubescent men aren't. Women's dopaminergic and serotonergic systems also implies that they're never satisfied with they have long term.
Anyway, with all this data we can conclude that humans and women are not the same from the neck up, thus spitting out the bluepill and see the matrix for it truly is.

Did read and while this research is interesting and has a lot of medical implications(gender adjusted drugs). If it ever gains traction, the findings that concern female behaviour will be quickly supressed and twisted.

the male brain is on average 12 percent larger than the female brain, in both newborns and adults. Recent studies using in vivo magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) indicate that brain size has a correlation of between .31 and .43 with intelligence. The identical or near-identical IQ averages by sex were therefore a puzzle.

Arthur Jensen hypothesized that men and women might have the same number of neurons, with those of women more densely packed. However, subsequent research has shown that the male advantage in neurons is even greater than in brain weight: 16 percent, or the equivalent of four billion neurons.

The solution to the puzzle is to control for age. Most mental testing is done on school-age children, and Prof. Lynn’s research confirms that sex differences in this group are slight. However, neurological studies show that white matter in the brain continues to grow more in males than in females after mid-adolescence. Beginning at about age 16, boys have a small IQ advantage over girls, and this gradually grows to four points or more as adults.
