No, what I meant is being asserting your abilities and reminding your peers how valuable you are to the group. For example in school we had a lot of group projects and I did most of the work and never was credited enough. Later I used reverse psychology and played dumb to make say that I was valuable. I used to say like "Oh man I contributed least to the project this person did a lot of work" and pointed a less working guy in the group, then all the people would be like "No, no he did do anything.... infact you were the one to do most of the work".
