- The masculine Aryan antagonist is a Nietzschean philosopher, a terrorist and implicitly, a racist
- The romantically incontinent Anglo protagonist continues to pine after his oneitis: the arrogant and abrasive liberal feminist career woman who rejected him in the previous film, even though she is now in a relationship with Gotham's top lawyer "white knight" Harvey Dent (whose infatuation with her is perhaps even more insane than Wayne's), despite the woman previously implying that she and Wayne would be together "some day" (and before she's killed, she has decided to marry Dent), both Wayne and Dent are rendered cuckolds in a "love triangle" (which ultimately destroys their anti-crime partnership and turns Dent into the vigilante killer Two-Face, leading to his death at Batman's hands and Batman's retirement) and Wayne regards saving her as being higher priority than saving Dent, despite Dent being of far greater public importance
- It is stated by the protagonist that the only man moral enough to exercise quasi-omnipotent surveillance power (which is considered legitimate in the text in order to stop the Aryan terrorist, if only for "one-time use!") is the African CEO of Wayne Enterprises (aka the same actor who portrayed God in the blockbuster "Bruce Almighty" and its sequel)
- It is implied that chaos and racial conflict in society are largely the product of the Aryan terrorist, with the "Christlike hero" who "disproved" The Joker's social Darwinist philosophy being a monstrous, one-eyed, heavily scarred, tattooed (including a gun and bullet neck tattoo!) African prisoner
- The text supports the idea that it is right for the establishment to lie to the public in order to conceal uncomfortable and potentially destabilising truths
