The irony is, normies (women and cucks) tell you to have good hygene, yet statistically, none of them floss which means they'll all lose their teeth

Statistically, something like 98% never floss.

If you don't floss, bacteria gets in between your teeth and cavities form. Even if it doesn't happen when you're young, it will happen and you will eventually lose your teeth. This is fact.

The irony is, normies have shitty fucking hygene and typically rotting fucking teeth.

Cavities are the least of your problems if you don't floss. Periodontitis is where it's at.

I live in the UK. We only found out about flossing a few years ago. Though to be honest going toothless might actually be a -maxx for Anglos.

Floss with what?

Can't brush your teeth every night when you're getting wasted all the time.

Flossing? What's that?

Flossing is infuriating for me because of my braces, specifically after what they have done to my mouth once my braces were taken out. They left a wire or two in my mouth to prevent teeth from moving again and when I attempt to floss the front it doesn't work for me so its annoying. The back teeth are still able to be flossed quite fine though.

I floss once a day, everyday at night. I brush twice a day and mouthwash with the brushing. At night I brush, floss and then mouthwash with sodium fluoride mouthwash. In the morning I brush and then mouthwash. In the afternoon ,I used to brush. But I have read that over-brushing is harmful, so nowadays I only brush twice a day.

I wash my face twice a day with Aveeno facewash (in the green bottle). I just aveno face lotion night and morning. Every other day I put on Retin-A (generic) at night, which helps prevent wrinkles. I don't use sunscreen on my face, as that causes acne (for me). However, I wear a sun hat while outdoors for longer periods of time. I might consider wearing sunscreen however, if it doesn't cause acne. I put sunscreen on my arms, however, and carry around a bottle with me.

I also carry around lotion with me. I use Aveeno with Dimethicone for hands and occasionally face. I also use Eucerin for my hand, as well as Retin-A.

I was wondering why I have cavities despite brushing teeth twice daily:feelstastyman::feelstastyman:I should probably start flossing

Could also be your diet. Too much sugar or carbs, and not enough vitamin K2 amongst others. I was vegan for years and the worst part of it was what it did to my teeth and gums. Since going mostly-carnivore the difference has been incredible.

Nah I don't think I eat too much sugar/carbs,not sure about vitamin K2 tho

Do people not goto the dentist? I go every 6 months for a proper clean, never had any issues with cavities or anything.

I can attest to this. I see people with shitty teeth all the time. I had periodontal disease years ago from bad genetics (and mouth breathing) and ever since then I brush, floss and use mouth wash religiously. It grosses me out that most people don't do this.

Lots of "cool", "low inhib" people from the previous generation lost all their teeth somewhere around age 35-40.
They weren't affected by it at all because they either a) got hitched in their fucking teens b) they were in the lower class.
In the extreme lower class they can lose them in their late teens, doesn't stop them from fucking prime women because that's how the lower class works, they keep their women stupid and chained up inside the community.

Just gently use a toothpick to scrape the surface of each tooth and in the space between each pair of teeth, both back and front.
It might vary depending on how straight your teeth are but chances are you'll be shocked at how much food was left behind in your mouth and feeding bacteria.

I am going to buy some flossing stuff now

Flossing is a meme. Dentists admitted a year or two ago that there is zero evidence that it does anything.

If you actually did it at least once, you would see why it does "something".

shitty buzzfeed tier blog spam

If you click on the studies it says
Professional flossing in children with low fluoride exposures is highly effective in reducing interproximal caries risk.

Flossing, if done correctly, is very effective.

I floss and take good care of my teeth, problem is that I was pushed to the ground by bullies when I was 6 and chipped a little bit of my incisor, I also grind my teeth during sleep because of stress and anxiety. Incels can't catch a break:feelsree:

There is literally no evidence that it prevents cavities or gum disease or anything really.

But I don’t care, do it if you want.

studies only showed flossing incorrectly wasn't effective, yeah because people either lied about flossing on the surveys they did or they didn't floss correctly

Read the article.

"Most of these studies used outdated methods or tested few people"

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

Again, if you did it properly at least once, you would see why it is actually helping you reduce the inflammation and caries-risk in your mouth, but w/e. I hope dentists are expensive as shit where you live.

I just checked, the addition of flossing minimally reduced gingivitis compared with brushing alone.

Yeah flossing is a meme.

I don't think I've ever flossed in my life lol.
Normies floss with the pubic hairs of the men and women they go down on.

Flossing is dumb, brushing aside from feeling fresh is cope, it's all to do with diet and oral microbiome.

damn i need some floss

A normie that is treated positively is more likely to stay healthy. Aging is going to make my life so much worse that it probably is a good reason to suicide to avoid it.

The hygiene thing comes from the fact that the concept of constant rejection is foreign to normalfags. So when they try to understand it they take the route requiring the least abstraction, which is repelling people because you smell or look dirty. That's it. Obviously you must not shower or brush your teeth.

Teeth and gum health is mostly genetic anyways. I floss and brush twice a day, don't eat too much sugar, and still get cavities. Gum disease also runs in my moms side and the dentist caught the beginning of it recently. My chadlite dad has literally only had 2 cavities his entire life, and has naturally white and straight teeth.

So with what should you floss?

Not that it matters, since I’m nearly 40 and have no cavities or signs of oral health problems, but dentists where I live are publicly funded and so it wouldn’t matter to me even if flossing did work.

Look, you’re bluepilled on flossing. I’m sorry to blackpill you. I know it’s hard to accept that you’ve been brainwashed by corporate big pharma propaganda who have convinced you to buy rolls of nylon from them at 300% profit and waste hours of your life running it between your teeth every day. Teeth are like anything else in your body - dependent on your DNA. You’re spending time and money on tooth PUA by flossing. But... do it if you want...

JFL at (((flossing)))

Do dentists actually xray your teeth?

because that's the only way to see cavities in between your teeth, which where they almost always occur

I highly doubt that since statistically everyone over 40 has some level of bone loss around teeth. Maybe you somehow magically avoided problems so far by not eating sugar, smoking etc., but I bet your breath still stinks like shit.

You’ve convinced me to begin properly flossing

I actually had a cavity filled today how ironic

Never floss crew checking in. I do brush or least try to after every meal and visit the dentist for a thorough clean every 3 months. I used to floss and noticed my gums were receding because maybe I went to deep with it. But nonetheless, it’s not practical imo.

i keep hygene better than most of normies i met and they still are soying me
