For real. If you're not imagining things, though, do some counter-surveillance of your own, if you have the time and patience. Capture faces on camera and see if some of them are familiar or if they could be using disguises. See if you notice similar groups of people. They will have rotations, but there will be a limited number of people they will use anyway. Get friends to shadow you and see if these people are actually following you where ever you go.

If you get tangible evidence of your suspicions, you could fuck with them for sport. Confronting them and being candid could also work. If you are in fact being watched, they'll probably back off and do it more surreptitiously. Unfortunately, that might mean they'll break into your house to install bugs and cameras in your room or insert a USB dongle in your computer to put shady shit on it.

You're probably just being paranoid, though. Some paranoia is healthy.
