Working 6 days a week in night shift for year makes life wierd. I´ve never been so stressed and tired, but when i get home by morning, i cant sleep properly. Even at my "lunch break" i cant rest and when i do it is only 1 hour, what makes me wake up in full alert state, heart exploding, not to mention the horrible nightmares. I am going crazy. I always spoke against roping, because i believe whe deserve more them pain in this life... but damn.

I’ve worked nightshift mostly at any job I ever had. Often times I go to bed when the sun comes up and it’s brutal trying to sleep when normies make so much noise outside.

But nightshift pays more and also involves less interaction
