Eating organic grass feed beef or whatever inane bullshit is popular is a failo. Whenever I read about it online I can easily tell the writer has piss poor genetics and thinks he can alter them via over paying for basic foods.

Athletes burn a shit ton of calories. they eat high calorie "junk" food as a kid and as an adult. You don't have time let alone the time to digest a shit ton of fiber and lean meat, daily. That's idiotic.

It's always incel as fuck guys who were born when their mom was mid to late 30s who think they missed out on being a chad because they didn't eat organic chicken sprinkled with fairy dust that was blessed by an all natural shaman.

I attribute the little size of my pennis but most the width of it due to the stupid vegetables food and low calorie food that my mom gave me.
 
I started growing muscle without even doing anything once I started eating 200 grams of protein a day. I've grown pretty fast in the gym now combined with my physical job.

I think partly the reason for my inceldom is bad diet when I was a teen tbh and it wasn't because it was high caloric but because it was low caloric and low in all nutrients. I basically only ate chips and an occasional sandwich, my parents thought that getting rid of my picky eating was more important than growing.
 
I have quite the chaddams and Tyrones in my family minus the height (they're all manlets like me lol) . The fuckers eat nothing but garbage and fast food. They never eat homemade food. They're all beasts and could kill me With one punch tbh.

A couple years ago i thought i could fix my situation by eating healthy but it gave me nothing i still looked just as bad. My chadlite friend didn't bother tho and just kept stuffing his face and got fat af. That didn't stop him from fucking several hot bitches and now being in a relationship for the past 2 years. Dieting is just a cope.
 
Eating a lot kalories is the only natural way to gain muscles from what I know.

People with good genetics are resistant to all kinds of environmental insults. Some of them can even be daily smokers and run a marathon.

It´s funny how different we are. I can´t eat much candy without developing tooth decay.
 
When I was a teenager I could eat anything I wanted without getting fat and I put on muscle easily. Foids still weren't attracted for some reason.

If you're active as fuck you need to eat junk, there's just no way around it, especially for guys that are fucking tall and weight a lot more than the average guy.

Anyone who thinks athletes are consuming 4000-6000 calories of healthy food, theyre delusional, you just cant do it like that, you need fast digesting junk that wont fill you up, so you can eat more and more. Eating healthy will make you bloated like a mother fucker, and you'll be full all the time and not want to eat anything, because healthy food is in general filling and slow digesting, which is not want you want when your metabolism is sitting at 4000-6000+ calories per day requirements.


Is this healthy? No, its not, its actually bad, even if your lean and fit, shit food still fucks you up in the long-run if you do it long enough (lean, fit and active people can still get cholesterol problems from eating so much junk, despite staying lean and fit). But most athletes careers aren't long enough for this to matter and their careers are in youth anyway.
 
Metabolism is also effected by genetics. I knew some chads who ate junk food and still stayed lean. Some people have to have a more strict diet to stay lean.

I would say that I'm an incel not just because of my autism & mental issues but with my upbringing. My mother essentially spoiled me as a kid and bought me everything, including a computer. Where I just stayed in and played on the computer, combined with the amount of junk food I ate I quickly became fat. My mother still thinks I'm growing but we both know that isn't the case here.

The current working hypothesis is that my face is a vaginal desiccant but I guess that my mannerisms and the vibe I give off are not helping either.

Body composition is so malleable, I don't see why it's a problem for anyone here. If you think you're too fat or thin or weak, you already know how to deal with that.

Gymcelling has done little for me with foids but it has reduced people's aggression towards me. Like they apologize when they stand in my way whereas before they wouldn't even give me a second look. I agree there's no excuse to not push your body to it's limits

Damn bro, it hits home. Except for the fact I was born in the proper physiological time frame for reproduction, I coped a lot with improving my nutrition and I believed that I could eat myself out of inceldom.

I still care a lot about what I eat and I carefully read about ingredients, search for active compounds, vitamins...but the focus has now changed, I want to stay as healthy as possible to avoid further suffering.

All of this while I did and still do good in sports that require strenght and endurance, but I have to almost compulsively watch out what I eat because I tend to fatmax very easily. Genetics is a bitch.

how can you fatmax with endurance sports? running burns like 400-600 calories an hour depending on your weight.

I don't play strictly endurance sports such as running, I'm more on swimming and gym in combination.

I don't know either, but if I play sports, I maintain my weight or decrease it very slowly, if I don't, then I fatmax due to metabolism as slow as shit. Only a small caloric excess is required to be converted in fat. :feelscry:
 
yep its all genetics. My mother told me drinking a lot of milk would help me grow taller and I used to believe it.
 
i eat quite a bit and never get any fatter
