I didn't mention homosexuality. No system is perfect, but the overall ideal is way better than our current model. It could just be adapted in that regard, especially after the recent damage the LGBT and troon movements have shown to be able to do.

there’s no damage due to age. The reason there’s more people with autism is because they’re diagnosed more. Autism wasn’t even a thing considered a 100 years ago. It’s like saying cancer didn’t exist thousands of years ago because no one died to cancer, when in reality cancer did exist but no one knew that so when someone died because of it they assumed natural causes. Also we have to consider lifestyle factors, a lot of women drink and smoke and eat big macs while pregnant which is gonna affect the development of the fetus. Not to mention they shove an ipad to their face when they’re 5 years old which is also gonna affect them developmentally. Wasn't that more so some philosophers ideals, rather than the reality of that time? AFAIK, Ancient Greek men were already expected to marry and start a family at around 30, if with women in their later teens so there was a 10+ years age gap on average.
