1- accept that it's over and throw away all hope, disconnect from the world and do my best to end the rest of my sanity.

2- do my best to change my life, make an effort to meet new people and interact even if it ends up hurting me, follow the light inside me and imagine that MAYBE I still have a chance.

are difficult options, answer honestly

It's a tough one.

If you're absolutely sure that there's no way to improve your life, I guess the first path fits you better.
The second one might be better in my opinion. Even if you cannot ascend or achieve significant improvement regarding your life, at least you preserve what's left of your sanity and dignity. The way I see it, I wouldn't be handle a hardcore LDAR life. You know sometimes even users on this forum say that you should do self-improvement for your own sake, even if there's no chance to ascend, at least you can keep your head high, you remain a more or less functional human being, etc.
