Got measured recently at 596. T levels alone don’t give the full picture though. Number of androgen receptors also matters. Derrick Lewis (the MMA fighter) apparently had his T levels measured at 300ng/dl, but he’s obviously way more masculine than me and most men

If I had to guess my T would probably be pretty low, I have a shitty frame, no facial bones, and no muscle.
I can only guess mine is average, I try and do at least an hour of exercise a day and fap a couple of times each evening.

sometimes the physical markers and even the mental ones for high/low testosterone aren't that simple. It's not always testosterone -> direct effect, oftentimes it's the biosignal cascades it causes that creates the markers. And those are dependent on how your body modulates them. test is also converted into other chemicals which can affect bodily and mental function, so the rate of conversion matters in this case.
so the actual results could surprise you, you could be low T but a hyper-responder or vice versa

Unfortunately most of the time extremely high T often is due to some health problem, and those who have it ironically enough look like children/teens. Basically no bueno.
