I actually had bloodwork done not long ago, I'm at 473 ng/dl

factors: during bloodwork i was 270 LB at 5ft10 with very high body fat. i'm also 26.

Women can experience female pattern hair loss, they have small amounts of DHT in their system. Hormone imbalances can raise their DHT levels. I see a shit ton of women over 40 with hair loss.

sometimes the physical markers and even the mental ones for high/low testosterone aren't that simple. It's not always testosterone -> direct effect, oftentimes it's the biosignal cascades it causes that creates the markers. And those are dependent on how your body modulates them. test is also converted into other chemicals which can affect bodily and mental function, so the rate of conversion matters in this case.
so the actual results could surprise you, you could be low T but a hyper-responder or vice versa
