I've given up doing things to attract women. but I did not give up living, nor did I have quality of life. nothing I post here is to increase the amount of women you will have available. it's just to feel better.
to begin with, intermittent fasting. studies point out that it makes no difference in weight gain or fat loss if you do one, two or 10 meals a day. the only thing that matters is the total amount of food you consume. so if you make two very large meals, one in the morning and one in the evening, it's already a good size.
And why would i do that? not to waste time with food, not to eat garbage in the street, to spare time for other things, to have more freedom, etc. also serves to save insulin and stimulate the production of gh. and deceived that to stay long without eating will only provoke hunger. the hormone that causes hunger is called ghrelin, and when we have excess ghrelin in the blood, the body creates resistance to ghrelin. in other words, you will feel less and less hungry.
second, mineral supplementation. I supplement vitamin A, complex b, vitamin C, d3, and vitamin K2 mk7, zinc, magnesium, chromium, boron, iron, silicon, copper and selenium. if our genetics are bad, and we know that, then our absorption of nutrients by food is also bad. therefore supplementing nutrients is very important to us.
