i have seen many people say that surgery often looks botched in real life, that it looks unnatural and botched.
I think this is a fallacy, since you don't realize someone had surgery when it looks good.
i had eye surgery to not need eye-wheelchairs anymore, and was very happy.

if i remember correctly, he had allready done surgery in the first pic. i heared it from mpmd when i was still redpilled i think. this would show that done sublte, for most it's probably beneficial. but on the other hand he probably spend millions on the 2. surgery and still came out botched af
