I find all the suicide methods to be either too risky, or there being too much suffering. I thought about killing myself a few times, but I always find it too scary.

Roping is painful, carbon monoxide poisoning could turn you into a vegetable, cyanide pills are slow acting and will make you suffer a lot.
The only reasonable option is a shotgun to the head but it requires a permit.
