Why do they need to develop? They are lucky that they are living closer to the natural order. Tribes living in the wilderness probably have more fulfilling lives than muh advanced people, who solve problems by creating new ones.

The problem with Africa is that they are trying to emulate the way of living that genetically different people have. And said people also mess up natural selection by sending them items from the "first world".
