That is a wild study of major significance. In the article one thing they said in the late 1800's in Norway, that 25% of men and 25% of women didn't have children. Today they said its 25% of men and 15% of women in Norway who don't have children.

Something deep demographic professors know is that you won't increase the birthrate by getting people who don't have children to have children. You increase the birthrate by increasing the number of children that people who are having children have.
