I like strawberry wine. I make my own.
~ 2 pints (or nearly) 16oz/500ml of organic strawberry preserves.
~ packed cup of brown sugar
~ 1 pack of instant bread yeast.
~ mix in a one gallon jar full of water...
~ wait. From one week if super warm, to three weeks at above 60°f.
The longer it settlers the better it'll be.
