Then I asked claude how good of a job chatgpt did. He said pretty good job.
And I actually look good in what chatgpt made. Like it's not crazy but I'm happy with it.

I'd think longer and deeper and do a bunch of research before injecting anything into my bloodstream.

I did do some research on it, GHK-CU is pretty safe it's even used in casual skincare products, Reta is basically ozempic but it also targets 2 other things, insulin resistance and glucagon. It has same and as common side effects with the addition of "skin sensitivity"

If you want any advice i can tell you prob the best method for fat and weightloss is js intermittent fasting

so dont eat anything till 1-2pm and again at like 7-8pm.

Between those times you should rely on stuff like milk and fruit juices which helped me avoid snacks and stuff.

Also if youre doing this you dont need to workout or sum

Doesn't make much sense unless you really like it, milk and fruit juice are high in calories. Better off with sugar free soft drink
