More is more. People who had a real depression (lost children for example) could compensate with it. They got a dosis of 100.000 u.i. and they felt better after it.
I still take a normal dose now, in combination with additional supplements to increase the benefits due to interactions.

I actually agree, almost everyone is deficient, but what I very much disagree on is the impact this can have for any genuinely suicidal people. None whatsoever is my claim, since genuine suicidality has to do with completely unchangeable factors such as being born to ugly for surgery to be an option.
Of course there is a biological fact behind it causing such thoughts. What I am trying to do is to look for something compensating for it or perhaps overcome it in some kind of way. For example:
