STEMcels GTFIH. How can I tell if my boss is spying on me?

I have come to terms with the fact that I'll get fired soon, and that my coworkers spend their time talking shit about me behind my back. Maybe you saw my other thread about them bullying me.

Anyway, the thing is, I want to know if they're spying on me because, if they can prove that I'm not even on the computer most of the time I'm supposed to be working, my plan to sue them is OVER

They claim that they're monitoring us, but I've always assumed that it's a bluff because I've been brazenly slacking off since joining this company and never had any issues. The problem is, maybe they're not actively looking into people, but if it comes to it they'll look up logs on me

I have been looking into the processes in the activity manager (the work computer is a macbook) and nothing looks suspicious but idk. I've also downloaded malwarebytes in case their antivirus has whitelisted the spyware, and it didnt detect anything. What else can I do to find out?

This is tricky but hard to tell. It would have to be through the computer unless they installed secret cameras near your desk. Could that be possible?

I'm working from home so it has to be through the computer. But we have a software that makes sure you don't copy their data to a pen drive, or use any apps they don't like, and i think that's what they mean by monitoring, so that's ok in my book. Also Malwarebytes didn't detect anything, checking with Kaspersky now. I think I'm good though
