I have a mechanical engineering degree.
Very few women will go into engineering because it's more difficult than HR, so you end up with only a few girls in college. Then when its time to find jobs those girls are pushed into more prestigious positions based on their sex.

Then you get your job and find yourself only able to interact with your close coworkers (all sub average males) and by the time you're done working there is no time to try and find girls even if you had a chance.
Once you're hired its over.
Well it was probably over before but now its over over.

And people pick people with the most distinctions.
ANd it's highly unlikeyl that most ugly people will grind on anything enough to become more and more distinct through hard work, and not having any fun in life at all to have a distinctual advantage over the good looking people who are chosen first.

yeah that's the thing. it's a squeeze for ugly people to be motivated, but if they end up being motivated by insecurity to a high position then good looking people will intersect with them because it was easy for them.
Not all good looking people. But the ones who had it together easily will be picked first because of the winner karma implies by their looks.
The frontiers where you could be a bill gates are over because those times people were unsaturated and aspie/ meticulously mindful people would find these opportunities first sure.
Yeah asians have low expectations and will work harder like nothing.
