i'm just burned out. i stopped caring about my career when i realized you have to be a bit social in order to climb the ladder. also, companies will let you go no matter how many years or how loyal you are. when the pandemic started in 2020, i've seen employees with 10+ years let go by the same company they dedicated a chunk of their lives to. this really shook me up, and i started to de-prioritize my career. i stopped careermaxxing essentially and tried other copes.
