Evening sugar cravings used to own me and still sometimes. The breakthrough wasn’t willpower, it was eating a truly complete dinner which is rich in nutrients, diverse in whole foods, and actually satisfying with organic animal products of the local farm, raw milk, blueberries, vegetables etc and fruits throughout the day.
When I do that, maybe finish with a banana, drink some water, the cravings for sugar disappear. No fight, no internal negotiation. Sometimes it's hard in the beginning of the evening but the cravings will eventually fade away.
Add intermittent fasting and the occasional cold shower, and suddenly the brain is clear, sleep is deep, and the body feels sharp instead of inflamed.
That's 1 more kike pissed off.
