I want to lose weight and need some tips because many incels here are skeletons.

I already changed one habit. I only drink water now for 3 days already and no soda anymore.
I still want to eat but does anyone know good meals?
My favorite meal was spaghetti with all kind of stuff, chicken, lox etc.

Literally just eat fruit veggies and no junk food. :feelsjuice: Make sure to exercise every now and then
 
I've only eaten rice and a chicken leg quarter once a day now for 2 weeks and already lost like 5kg. I mainly do it to save money though, it only cost like $1.5/day. Try to eat once a day only and fast in the morning, you'll lose some weight.

If you want to lose weight and not die at least eat some vegetables and a little bit of meat like a Paleo diet.

Don't eat breakfast. Have something light for lunch and avoid junk food for dinner. Exercise if possible

I'm totally the opposite, I don't eat jack shit and I gain weight, holy mang I am the unluckiest incel in this planet :cryfeels:
 
Just do intermittent fasting. Only eat for 5 hours every day. It's the easiest way to lose weight (and increase health). You can eat whatever the fuck you want.
 
1. Genetics (have good metabolism, don’t have bad metabolism)

2. Exercise regularly (with more emphasis on cardio)

3. Eat healthy (lower the carbs, cut refined sugars entirely, go heavy on the fiber and protein)

There’s really not much else to it.

If you don't hit your healthy body weight in one year dutifully following a regimen that includes the above, you've broken the laws of physics.

Don't ever drink anything else but water. Sparkling water can help fool the soda/alcohol addiction.

Eat fruits, they are juicy and sweet, rich in fibers ... Eat less meat, but only good meat, high quality expensive meat.

Spaghetti is good carb, but don't add any disgusting cheesy sauce over it. One of my favorite cheap meal is pasta with nothing more but ham (not the disgusting cooked ham, I mean real raw salted european ham, like Parma for instance) and some salad leaves and fruit.

For real results follow a regimen that I will describe. I have lost a lot of weight over the past few years through this.

(1) - Only eat every other day or in calorie deficits every day. Going too long without eating reduces metabolism and makes weight loss harder. If you eat normal on one day and don't eat the next, you will lost weight, probably about 3lbs per week if you have normal metabolism. Fasting also has lots of health benefits. If that's too much, do a calorie deficit. Calculate your metabolic rate (there are plenty of online calculators) and eat 1000 calories less, or eat 500 calories less and exercise more.

(2) - Eat primarily PROTEIN and VEGETABLES. Carbs are basically worthless when you are gunning for weight loss. Eating lots of meat will also increase your TEF (protein takes more calories to digest than other macros) so you will lose more weight. Eating whole foods is essential, do not eat shit like protein bars or powder they usually have trash macros and soy. High protein will enable you to keep muscle and lose fat. If you eat low protein you are more likely to lose muscle and not fat.

(3) - Drink plenty of water, black coffee or green tea is also allowed. Water is essential for your body and black coffee can increase metabolism slightly. DRINKING ANYTHING WITH CALORIES IS A WASTE OF TIME and will make it way harder to lose weight.

(4) - Use Cronometer and plan meals. Cronometer is an app that lets you track micro and macro nutrients. If you are doing alternate-day water fasts then it's essential that you are not in a vitamin or mineral deficiency. Plan your meals for the week and put them into the app, see if you are deficient and change what you eat based around that. Ideally you want to cook your food from scratch so you know what exactly goes into it.
