I'm going to eat as little as possible and exercise as much as possible like a jewish slave moving rocks and digging lmao. (I'm not actually going to do those things, I'm going to do normal exercise, I feel the need to clarify this) (Basically starvemaxxing with extra steps)

I'm doing this because I'm gaining a lot of weight eating pre-made slop from mcdonalds and other places. Some shirts don't fit anymore and I get really agitated walking a few fucking meters and I hate being like this.
