The power rack I ordered and the barbell are all delivered. I'm going to assemble the rack on the weekend and for now I'm just going to deadlift a little bit off the ground to get used to working out and to improve tehnique. I already improved a lot on my form as now I feel the tension in my legs, back, biceps and not just my lower back. I'm going to just spam bench, squat, deadlift until I'm jacked. First few weeks I'm going to focus on form and then I'll workout for a month or two normally and then I'm thinking of doing Ibutamoren
 
maximize your results by committing to progressive overload at a standard gym; it's far more effective and easier, also don't forget to adjust your diet according to your needs so your hard work could be able to flourish into an appealing physique (assuming your genetic foundation is at least average)
 
I don't go to the gym.

understandable, put my dietary advice in motion along with your training, wish you the best on your journey.

Imo you don’t need squats or deadlifts. It’s risky and not too beneficial. I would spam body weight exercises (push up, pull up, dips) and then use weights to target shoulders, biceps, triceps. If you want 6 pack jfl then make sure you do sit ups that bend your spine forward. Just my 2 cents
 
good for you. all I can say is don't take advice from people that don't look like you want to look like. they don't know shit.
 
I'm thinking of home-gymceling as well. Don't have any equipment. How much did it cost you? I want to try my hand at it as well, I went to the pawnshop the other day and they had a good selection of old workout equipment, but it's a little pricey. At this point I would be happy with 2 dumbbells and a barbell or curl bar. They sell gym equipment for far cheaper on chink sites like Temu but cheap things are cheap for a reason, so I'm hesitant.
