It has the same appeal as Animal Crossing with additional romance options. If you like life simulation games, this is the game for you.

Personally, I find them boring.

I've never played it, but i did try out some of the Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons games (which are similar to Stardew Valley) and i didn't particularly like them tbh.

Also i remember, in StarJew Valley you can marry, and then divorce a foid, and marry another, but the previous foid will be hearthbroken and won't be talking to you.
You can basically fuck whole Valley and hearthbreak everyone, including men
