It appears as if the lower half of the gook's maxilla is clockwise-rotated causing the philthrum to be mildly protruding while simultaneously causing the chin to be recessed.
However, the upper half of the gook's maxilla starting from the paranasal region looks recessed, not because of development but rather due to the genetic shape of the bone (if you compare mongoloid skulls and caucasoid skulls you can see what i mean), the bone itself is shaped like a flat, inward-arching spoon instead of convex and triangular like a Caucasian's.
Pair that with a non-existent radix, no nasion mass, and anterior nasal spine and you get the ultimate flat side profile.
