Today I am makimg > gallon of chicken soup with carrots and taters. I always make a lot at one time so it's done and easy to eat.

I put a whole chicken in it. I like soup!

For a while I was into steak stew but cleaning the pressure cooker is a hassle plus it needs new gaskets.

About a week. If everyday. Sometimes longer if I mix it with other stuff like rice or noodles.
