Sometimes I go outside when I need to get something, I cannot make even make sense of my surroundings. Random people that are always in this particular place, the same environment around my house, me walking the same path that I walked, people working, the sun, everything. It feels so weird. It's as if I am an NPC with a first person view. I can't really explain the sensation but it doesn't even feel like I am actually alive.
