They say incels are bad people, yet they also say we aren't entitled to a loving, functional family or freedom from bigoted comments based on race and autism, as if our struggles and humanity are somehow less deserving of compassion and understanding. They expect us to endure constant rejection without complaint, to accept being mocked for our appearance, financial status, or social awkwardness, and to silently tolerate being excluded from spaces where others find acceptance and belonging. It's as though we're supposed to just accept our suffering as if we don’t have the right to fight for better lives, or to seek out the same dignity and respect others are granted. Instead of being seen as individuals with complex emotions and needs, we’re labeled as a monolith of bitterness and resentment, dismissed without a second thought. If our suffering isn’t worthy of empathy, then what is? We are constantly told that we have to change, but who is truly willing to accept us for who we are?
