It was an extremely puzzling sight. Perhaps I've spoken about the absurd IKEA phenomenon one too many times here, and now the government has decided to torture me over it as I seem to be the sole witness of this phenomenon (the basic gist of it is that I see a curry male + Swedish gigastacy family and their one or two children they've had together every time I walk into an IKEA, and that is any IKEA, in Sweden. I have never see these families anywhere else though, which is suspicious). It is only curries, no other ethnics, and usually darker-skinned ones with poor stats ogre-wise. Not exactly the balding indian janitor stereotype, but not too far off from it either. My leading theory is that it is a government PsyOp to make racemixing seem more common than it is in Sweden, but it could also be that there is some underground mail-order-bride operation for curries to purchase Swedish gigastacies. Or maybe, just maybe, just be curry is law in Sweden, and the more of a Dalit you are, the better (Dalit as in the stereotype of what a Dalit looks like, I know I'm using that term incorrectly).
I started noticing it right away a couple of years ago, which is also when around ~5000 curries started arriving every year in Sweden (largely tech workers, who should have picked another Global North country so that they could actually earn money but that's besides the point). Before there was still a curry population in Sweden, but it was significantly smaller.
