I have terrible memory and also a very ugly depression. And i always suffer in excruciating pain no matter what... It kills me slowly and i can't take it anymore.

Depression gives you brain damage and harms your ability to learn. Memory problems are the most common symptoms. I have the memory of a goldfish. It used to be much better when I was younger though I was depressed even back then, but the cumulative years of depression have destroyed my brain like never before. I was never helped by anybody at any moment in my life.

My memory problems come from isolation and doing low concentration stuff (watching shit on Youtube, scrolling) all day. Have you tried meds for depression? They helped me to a point.

If you smoke weed... stop. I smoked weed for awhile and it increase depression, anxiety and pain. Weed sucks. I went through withdrawals because I smoked for awhile and then got hooked again, then I quit cold turkey and bought the Gingko I mentioned above, put under tongue using milligram scale
