Good, to be honest. Only neurotypicals or mildly neurodivergents should be moderators. Imagine what would happen if abused dogs plagued by autism, schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder became moderators. We would be walking on eggshells, anxiously editing our posts for the uncertainty of how our superiors would interpret it and react to it. For an autist to misinterpret one's sarcasm and ban them doesn't take very long.
Note that I didn't mention physical appearance, as that is irrelevant when it comes to moderating a forum like this, but mental stability/neurological order is extremely important.
